Foxconn Slovakia is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in manufacturing services for global brands (EMS) located in Central Europe. In the field of electro-technical production, we provide complex solutions from production process design, equipment design, engineering, sourcing through to the final production. We also specialize in automation, robotization and IoT.

We are dedicated to driving growth and enhancing our market presence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business development initiatives focusing on the EMEA markets
  • Cooperation on  business development strategy with Central HQ sales team to achieve goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of our capabilities, services and the ability to match them with clients’ needs
  • Market research, company mapping, as well as initiating and establishing contact with customer representatives and build link to decision makers, maintain relationships for future prospects
  • Maintain and develop CRM, customer database and contacts
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients, work closely with key account manager
  • Create sales promotion and sales materials
  • Represent our company at conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Lead dedicated sales team(2~4 people)
  • You will be working closely with the Board Member responsible for these activities

Personality requirements

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Professional fluency in English, other languages are welcomed
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/business development with proved record
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusted networking and long-term relationships with customer representatives and decision-makers
  • Market and industry knowledge
  • Goal-oriented and data driven approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities
  • Strategic thinking in identifying growth areas, forecasting future trends
  • Knowledge of effective collaboration with a team
  • Excellent negotiation skills and clear and persuasive communication
  • Willing to travel mainly in EMEA region

Good to have:

  • Sales or business development experiences from Consumer products, Industrial products, Energy, Medical, B2B or Automotive.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing technologies
